My Almond and Cashew Milk Obsession.

Luckily, Almond and Cashew milk are ultra popular right now so I can feed my obsession! Not only are these tasty nut milks a great alternative to lactose but they also boast a healthy dose of vitamins and nutrients (Vitamin E, Magnesium, Selenium, Manganese to name a few). It's also a great alternative for those trying to reduce cholesterol and any risks of heart disease. Be careful; however, when you are purchasing store bought nut milks as they can sometimes contain fillers or thickeners.
